Vorwerk Kobold SP600 Vacuum and Mop Cleaning Head for VK200 Vacuum Cleaner. It is not working and for Spares or Repair. When tested 3 red lights come on and it cuts out.

I believe the red lights are to indicate some sort of failure. It is quite heavily marked /scratched and comes as shown in the photos. Thanks for looking and please see the photos.
