This is a BRAND NEW GENUINE Kirby G6 BLACK outer cloth zipper bag. It doesn't come with a new bag clamp strap, but contact me if you need one. You probably don't need it if you haven't taken the bag apart yet. You don't cut it off , you just pry it off with a flathead screwdriver and it will come apart and fasten back together when you get the new cloth bag installed.
